Your facility fee covers the barn, related parking areas, outbuilding and grounds. Access to any other area of the property is strictly prohibited at all times. Yes, we have an area for a tent. If you have a large number of guests then the tent can serve as a place for cocktails and dancing.
The renter and the caterer are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in regards to liquor licenses. The renter needs to provide proof of license to Willoughby Ridge Holdings LLC.
